As a Sales Consultant, it will be your responsibility to build relationships with homeowners to reach internal sales goals. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent time management and verbal communication skills. Prior knowledge of the home improvement industry and experience in sales is strongly encouraged.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Driver’s License – clean driving record and reliable automotive insurance
- Background check required

Job Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Generate leads by canvassing, cold calling, and referrals
- Attend to company assigned leads as provided
- Maintain communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives
- Cultivate customer relationships in regard to both residential and commercial projects
- Take measurements and utilize industry software to create and issue accurate estimates
- Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
- Navigate details of insurance paperwork and guide customers in working with insurance claims for restoration projects
- Assist customers in applying for financing as needed
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
- Meet or exceed personal and company sales goals
- Utilize company CRM for communications, contacts, accounts, quotes etc.
- Actively participate in required sales meetings
- Comply with company policy and all quality and safety regulations

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Runner to join our team. As a Field Runner, you will be primarily working in the construction field completing tasks such as material pickups and drop-offs, job site support, and assisting the team effort to keep processes running smoothly.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent time management and communication skills, as well as digital literacy in programs such as Outlook Email and the company CRM to log information and activities. The ideal candidate is an individual who is eager to grow with a company that values dedication and ethical conduct.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Medical certificate
- Background check required
- Experience driving trucks and towing trailers
- Minimum of 2-3 years knowledge of home improvement construction processes and procedures
Work Hours & Benefits:
Full-time, hours vary daily between 6am-6pm as required
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver materials and equipment to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain an accurate inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring crews have what they need to complete projects
- Coordinate with project managers and crew leaders to anticipate material needs and prevent delays
- Regularly report project status and any potential issues or customer concerns directly to the Production Manager, and collaborate to find solutions
- Interact with customers in an appropriate and professional manner
- Participate in mandatory production meetings
- Pull and stage shop orders for crew pick-up and advise crews accordingly
- Assist in maintaining an organized and safe shop yard, Design Center garage, and basement storage areas, ensuring efficient access to materials and equipment
- Coordinate and assist with material deliveries and returns
- Communicate effectively with all team members, and accurately log information in the company CRM and via email
- Act as a professional and courteous representative of the company on and off the job site

As a Field Production Assistant, you will be primarily working in the construction field completing tasks such as communicating with crews and office staff, conducting inspections, tracking job progress, and assisting the team effort to keep processes running smoothly.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent time management and communication skills, as well as digital literacy in programs such as Outlook Email and the company CRM to log information and activities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact and for field crews regarding material needs, proactively communicating requirements and facilitating timely delivery of additional materials to job sites
- Conduct regular quality control inspections on active job sites to ensure adherence to company standards, project specifications, and safety regulations
- Regularly report project status and any potential issues or customer concerns directly to the Production Manager, and collaborate to find solutions
- Assist in the investigation of any field-related incidents or customer complaints, providing incident reports and contributing to the development of preventative measures
- Monitor crew performance and provide constructive feedback to the Production Manager regarding adherence to procedures and quality of work
- Receive job site photos from the crews and upload them to the corresponding jobs in the company CRM as required
- Ensure photos show the before, during, and after process of every job and note any extra work that needs to be completed, or areas requiring attention
- Interact with customers in an appropriate and professional manner. This includes facilitating clear communication between the crews and customers on site
- Participate in mandatory production meetings
- Run materials, trailers, and buggies to job sites as needed
- Assist in training new production employees providing guidance and support to ensure successful integration into the team
- Occasionally meet external inspectors on job sites to ensure project compliance
- Pull and stage shop orders for crew pick-up and advise crews accordingly
- Assist in maintaining an organized and safe shop yard, Design Center garage, and basement storage areas, ensuring efficient access to materials and equipment
- Coordinate and assist with material deliveries and returns
- Assist with fleet management and vehicle coordination regarding service appointments and vehicle inspections
- Assist with final walkthroughs with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns
